2024 Festival Wishlist

Please call the ChamberFest Cleveland office (216-471-8887) if you would like to make a contribution in any amount to one of the following funds. No gift is too small as we prepare for ChamberFest 2024! We are so grateful for your support.

Musician Airfare Fund
Our musicians travel from many US cities, Canada, and as far away as Europe. A contribution to our Musicians Airfare Fund would be an enormous help to get our musicians to Cleveland for the festival.

Extra Seat Fund
Did you know that musicians traveling with cellos can’t check them as baggage? Instead, ChamberFest needs to buy a full-price extra seat just for their instrument. A contribution to the Extra Seat Fund helps to cover this cost.

Musicians Lunch Fund
ChamberFest provides daily lunches for our musicians, so your contribution could make a world of difference in our costs. Contributions to the Musicians Lunch Fund also go toward the purchase of eco-friendly compostable dishes and cutlery.

Snacking Fund
No one makes it through a day of practicing and collaborating without an occasional break for snacks. Help us keep our musicians happy and refreshed during all of the rehearsals and concerts with a contribution to the Snacking Fund.

Piano Tuning & Moving Fund
Pianos need to be tuned multiple times in preparation for festival concerts (approximately $250 each tuning). Depending on the venue, we sometimes need to move a piano ($1,000-1,500 for each move). Contributions to the Piano Tuning & Moving Fund ensures our pianos are in place and in tune for every performance.

Audio-Video Recording Fund
All concerts are recorded so they can be enjoyed throughout the year by our festival fans on the CFC Digital Archives on YouTube. Audio recordings are also used for local and national radio broadcasts. Contribute to the Audio-Video Recording Fund to help us reach a wider audience in the off-season.

Program Book Fund
All of our concert-goers enjoy the annual program book with performance repertoire, program notes, artist biographies, and more. This program is the largest print expense during the festival. Your contribution to the Program Book Fund will be appreciated by all who enjoy reading the program book.

Concert & Musician Sponsorships
Corporations, Foundations, Small Businesses, and Individual Donors provide essential funding help cover the cost of artist fees, venue rentals, receptions, concert promotion, and more. Sponsorships are essential for the ongoing operations of the festival. Concert and Musician Sponsorships range from $3,500 to $15,000. For more information on these Sponsorship Opportunities, please contact Executive Director Jessica Peek Sherwood directly at 216-236-5510.
