Buckle up for a musical joyride, featuring Cleveland’s own Amanda Powell (acclaimed as “bright-toned, charismatic and theatrically arresting” by the San Francisco Chronicle) performing stylish settings of folk songs from around the world. The fun begins with Bartók duos exploring both folk and classical traditions, a richly textured late Romantic trio, and a magnificent display of heavenly Schubertian lyricism.
