Carnival of the Animals

Three short works—a set of neo-Dadaist miniatures, a piece inspired by the Japanese art of “finding beauty in the cracks,” and a lively neoclassical caprice—set the scene for The Carnival of the Animals, a truly delightful menagerie! Famous for its gorgeous “Swan” movement, there’s much more to explore in this evocative masterpiece filled with flights of musical fancy, puppetry, and dance (courtesy of arts innovator Robin VanLear and Inlet Dance Theatre).
