Israeli-born pianist Matan Porat returns to ChamberFest to share his improvisational virtuosity during a Dobama Theatre screening of the 1928 Buster Keaton silent film Steamboat Bill, Jr. Before the movie, Porat teams with fellow pianists Roman Rabinovich and Orion Weiss in some dashing works, including a piece for six hands at a single (busy) keyboard. Composer-accordionist Merima Ključo shares her dual gifts in one of her own pieces.
Popcorn and beverages will be served.
